April 7th, Ms. McRoberts Parenting and Child Development class hosted their annual Ravens Kids Night Out.
All of the students took responsibility for a child and watched them throughout the event. Various snacks were available to the kids, such as pizza and cookies. The kids could eat whenever and in between they could play games.
Tag and chalk was in the courtyard, balls were available in the gym, and arts in crafts were in the Raven’s nest.
The event wasn’t just for the kids; it was a great learning experience for the students and even they had fun. Many of the students are passionate about parenting and child development, which added a little more meaning to it.
