Head Coach: Brittany Burdolski  –
Brittany Burdolski is an Olathe Northwest High School Alumni and has been cheering for over 16 years. She began her cheerleading career at Santa Fe Trail Jr High School where she cheered both 8th and 9th grade. She then opened Olathe Northwest as an original Raven and cheered Varsity all three years at Olathe Northwest High School. During this time, she helped choreograph the fight song and many cheers and chants that the team still performs today. Burdolski finished her time as a cheerleader competing at KGDC on their All Star level 5 team. Burdolski has continued her cheerleading career by working in the industry. Her previous experience includes:

  • All American for USA Cheer (2006)
  • 6th Grade FCCJC Coach (2006)
  • Cheer Instructor for the Varsity Cheer Brand, CTC (2007)
  • National Cheer Judge for the Varsity Cheer Brand, America’s Best (2008)
  • Tumbling coach levels 1-4 at KGDC (2009-2012)
  • All Star Cheer Coach at KGDC (2009-2012)
  • Cheer Program Director and choreographer at KGDC (2010-2012)

Burdolski began coaching and choreographing at Olathe Northwest High School in 2007. She is a former Creative Director (graphic designer) and Project Manager from the advertising industry and now currently teaches at Olathe Northwest in the e-Communication program. She has her Associates in graphic design, her Bachelors in Organizational Leadership, and her Masters in Education. She is happily married to her husband, Dusty, and has 1 dog named Riley. 

Brittany is CPR, First Aid, and AED certified.
She is also NFHS/KSHSAA certified and USASF certified Levels 1-6 in both cheer and dance.



Assistant Coach: Jessica Collins –
Jessica Collins is an Olathe District Alumni going K-12 from Countryside Elementary, to Pioneer Trail Junior High School, and onto Olathe East High School. She started cheering for Pioneer Trail her 8th and 9th grade year, and was captain her freshman year. At Olathe East, she cheered all 3 years of high school being on the sophomore squad then Varsity her Junior and Senior year. She was a Varsity and all squad captain her Senior year, leading and organizing over 40 cheerleaders! She loved her experience as a cheerleader but pursued another passion of hers at Emporia State University, throwing javelin.

Jessica gained great leadership experience as she balanced being President of Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority, being a member of the Track and Field Team, singing in the campus elite choir, and competing in Professional Business competitions (PBL). She graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelors in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Business. She gained experience in the business world working at Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates where she used her teaching skills to train all new employees.

Jessica joined the ONW staff in August 2016 teaching Business and Computer classes while also coaching cheerleading at Olathe South High School.

She is happily married to her childhood sweetheart, Brenton, and they have a cat named Milo. She is excited to continue her cheerleading career at Olathe Northwest High School!


Assistant Coach: Katie Frank –
Katie Frank is a Shawnee Mission South graduate.  She started cheering in 7th and 8th grade at Indian Woods Middle School.  At Shawnee Mission South she cheered her 9th grade year on the freshmen squad and 10th-12th grade on the Varsity squad.  Her senior year she was the Varsity captain. 

Katie then went on to Kansas State University where she majored in Secondary Education with an emphasis in Social Studies.  After she graduated from K-State, she worked at Manhattan High School for 2 years.  During those 2 years she was an Assistant Cheerleading Coach as well as a Pep Club Sponsor. Katie moved back to Kansas City in 2013 and began subbing for the Olathe and Shawnee Mission School Districts.  While subbing the past four years, she coached cheerleading at Shawnee Mission North and was the Varsity coach for the past 3 years. 

Katie has been married to her husband Kyle for 4 years.  They met while both were attending K-State.  They live in Olathe with their two furbabies, Knox who is a black lab and Riley who is a chocolate lab.   

She is so happy to have found a permanent home here at Olathe Northwest and is excited to join such an amazing cheerleading program!
