Highlights: ONW Cross Country at Regionals | October 21, 2017

The Ravens ran at JCCC Saturday. The course is one of the most flat the Ravens have seen all season and times would be very fast. The Ravens had to run against a strong wind for most of the course. The team was coming off a very tough Sunflower meet at the hilly Rim Rock Farm collegiate course.

First the Girls ran early in the morning. Ravens Ashton Dain and Leah Wellman placed 9th and 13th. They will be moving on to state next weekend. The rest of the varsity team ran their race that Saturday with most of the team setting personal records. The Girls tam placed 5th as a team with 118 points. The Boys raced next.  The majority of the boys runners set personal best times. Unfortunately, none of the runners will be moving on to state next week. The boys placed 7th as a team. Senior Bradley Davis left it all on the course running a personal best 18:02 for his last race of his high school career.

A majority of the runners capped off their season at JCCC last weekend. A few runners are continuing on to state next week at Rim Rock. For updates and results from the meet follow @ravendaily on twitter.
