Team 1710 balances with Team 71
The first day of qualifying rounds turned out to be full of action and excitement as teams and robots competed and cooperated in high-octane games of Rebound Rumble. All of the cheering, dancing, and spirit created a fun and intense atmosphere for everyone involved. For the competition, there were plenty of good teams and it kept many of the games fast-paced and enjoyable for the crowd.
Team 1710 didn’t quite perform as well as we expected, but we still won three out of our seven games yesterday. The team ended the day ranking twenty-fourth out of the fifty to sixty teams at the regional, giving us a fair chance of making it further in alliance selection. Hopefully we’ll be able to show the other teams what we’re made of at the final day of competition, and from the looks of our first match today, we’re already on our way there.
