If you cannot get the application to download, type and answer these questions from the application, include your name and grade, and submit:

1) Tell us about yourself and any previous/current leadership activities you have actively participated in the past year.

2) Why do you want to be a member of ONW's Student Council?

3) What activities are you currently involved in or plan to become involved in at ONW?

4) Why should we choose you as a member of Student Council? How do you plan to contribute to our organization?

Note: Student Council requires one evening commitment a week, project and committee requirements outside of the school day, and a requirement to pick up donuts once a semester. If you are unavailable outside of school hours, please DO NOT APPLY.
